• Flexible Circuit Boards
  • Yun Industrial / ACMS PCB manufactures flexible circuit boards.  We can take your flexible circuit application from concept to reality with our complete design capabilities.  Our talented team is equipped to work in multiple data formats. We have in-house surface-mount technology (SMT) capabilities  and specialize in turn-key assembly application.
• Conformal Coating
  • Conformal coating acts as a barrier against moisture, fungus, dust, and other environmental contaminants.  Coatings can also enhance circuit reliability by eliminating leakage from high impedance circuits. Coatings available include: acrylics, polyurethanes, epoxies, and silicone’s. Other coatings available on request.
• BGA Reworking & Replacement
  • Performance may suffer in mass produced Ball Grid Array (BGA) devices for many different reasons.  Defects in the device, lack of or excess solder joints, or oversights during inspection processes can be included as one of the may reasons for performance issues.  These irregularities can be resolved with BGA rework. We provide a comprehensive BGA rework and re-balling services to maintain the efficiency of SMT circuit boards.
• Printed Circuit Board Assembly
  • ACME Printed Circuit Board Assembly can act as an extension to your own manufacturing facility to help meet any fluctuating demand or, alternatively, we can help out with special projects, initial runs and modifications.
• Wire Stripping
  • We own a special automatic wire stripping machine that is capable of stripping a variety of wires, including multi-conductor cables and even large diameter wires. The machine is fast and provides excellent results, easily stripping away the insulation without damaging the internal electrical wires.
• FUJI SMT Assembly Line
  • We can become your PCB Assembly partner, helping save your company’s resources, so you can use them to help expand other aspects of your business.  As a leader in SMT assembly, we can assemble your electronic board level assemblies and ship them to you in a timely manner.  Yun Industrial Acme PCB offers high speed pick & place machine set up for all median to large run SMT assembly (SMTA). It includes Fuji assembly line. X-ray inspection for high quality SMT Assembly (SMTA) purpose.
